A book is its own entity, existing independently of its author. It speaks for itself in bookstores. It lives in homes the author will never visit. But what happens, when the story that leaves your hands and belongs to a reader is not just any story—but your story? On ‘The Death of The Author' is a craft essay reflecting on life after publication and responds to Roland Barthes' theory as an essayist in the digital era.
